Location

Villa Condor is situated approximately 126 km south of Valencia and 93 km to the north of Alicante (international airports) on the coastal road between Moraira (5 km) and Calpe (8 km), belonging to the community of Benissa.

Villa Condor stands amidst a luxurious residential area between the Avenida de la Marina and Carrer l’Hortolà. The charming beach “Cala Advocat” is only a 3-minute walk away and harbors “La Paillotte”, one of the top restaurants in the area.

Surroundings

Villa Condor affords a beautiful view of the sea and the prominent cliff Peñón de Ifach. The marvelous countryside invites you to go on memorable outings. Restaurants, supermarkets, banks and medical care offices are located in the near vicinity.

The sandy beaches along the coast between Calpe and Moraira are easy to reach, and offer a host of activities such as diving and surfing schools, jet-ski and boat rental, aqua parachuting, as well as fun and sports for children. Nearby golf courses, horse stables and tennis courts are a great alternative to water sports. Enchanting evenings can be spent dining on regional specialties in the picturesque and numerous restaurants.

Remarks

• The apartments are primarily intended for customers wishing to rest and looking for peaceful surroundings. We therefore do not welcome children under the age of 12 except in July and August.
• All apartments are non-smoking (you are welcome to smoke on the terrace).
• Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
• Beach towels not provided.
• No restaurant service.
